高职院校教学质量监测与诊断信息化建设—T职院的实践

摘要 围绕内部质量保证体系建设与运行,建设任务能跟踪、过程有预警、数据有分析、诊改有轨迹、考核有依据的教学质量监测分析平台。将教学诊改工作融入日常工作,聚焦教学管理与质量监控等内涵发展内容,涵盖横向五层面的多维度质量监控,自动集成学校各业务源头生成的数据,采集质控点,实现常态监测、预警推送、状态分析、画像展示,支持下钻追溯的诊断改进服务,帮助建立教学质量常态监测机制,加快信息化建设速度,促进教学管理科学化,为决策指挥提供数据依据。 Centering on the construction and operation of the internal quality assurance system,a education quality monitoring and analysis platform with task tracking,process warning,data analysis,diagnosis and improvement track and assessment basis is built in T vocational college.It integrates education diagnosis and improvement into daily work,focusing on teaching management and quality control and other contents of the connotation development.The platform covers five horizontal levels of muti-dimensional quality monitoring,automatically integrates the data generated from each business source of the college,collects quality control points,realizes normal monitoring,early warning push,status analysis and portrait display,and supports the diagnosis and improvement service of drilling and tracing.The platform accelerates information construction,promotes scientific teaching management,and provides data basis for decision-making.
