摘要
工程训练是工科院校的重要实践环节。近年来,尽管高校已逐渐重视实践知识的学习和实践能力的培养,但与社会需求及企业期望仍有较大距离。通过简述我国发展新工科的起因,结合大连理工大学海洋技术专业工程训练的现状,阐明当前工程训练仍存在的问题,探索新的海洋技术专业工程训练培养模式。新模式将科学性和实用性相结合,可使学生独立完成从产品研发到加工制造的完整过程,最终实现“校园工厂”式的实践教学改革,所培养学生可满足我国工程教育改革的基本要求。
Engineering training is an important practice in engineering colleges and universities.In recent years,although colleges and universities have gradually attached importance to practical knowledge learning and practical ability training,there is still a long distance from the social needs and the expectations of enterprises.By briefing the causes of the development of emerging engineering education in China,and combining with the current situation of engineering training of marine technology specialty in Dalian University of Technology,this paper expounds on the existing problems of the engineering training and explores the new teaching model of engineering training for marine technology specialty.The new model combines science and practicability,which enables students to complete the whole process from product development to manufacturing independently,and finally realizes the practical teaching reform of“campus factory”.Therefore,the basic requirements of China’s engineering education reform can be met.
