中国生态福利绩效时空演变与影响因素

Spatio-Temporal Evolution and Influencing Factors of Ecological Well-being Performance in China

通过构建生态福利绩效评价指标体系,运用超效率数据包络分析与空间自相关方法,分析中国生态福利绩效的时空演变特征,并结合系统广义矩估计探究中国生态福利绩效的影响因素。结果表明:中国生态福利绩效水平较低,呈现先降后升的U型趋势,绩效值从2000年的0.813减小至2011年的0.558,然后增大至2016年的0.706;中国省域生态福利绩效具有显著的空间分异特征,绩效值由大到小的地区依次为东部地区、中部地区、西部地区、东北地区,空间正向集聚特征显著,表现出北冷南热的空间关联格局;市场化程度、城市化率和技术进步对中国省域生态福利绩效具有正向作用,产业结构(工业增加值占国内生产总值的比例)、消费效应则具有负向作用。

Through construction of ecological well-being performance evaluation index system,super-efficiency data envelopment analysis and spatial autocorrelation method were used to analyze spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of ecological well-being performance of China,and explore influencing factors of ecological well-being performance in China combined with system generalized method of moments.The results show that the level of ecological well-being performance of China is low,showing a U-shaped trend of falling at first and then rising.The performance value decreases from 0.813 in 2000 to 0.558 in 2011,and then increases to 0.706 in 2016.Chinese provincial ecological well-being performance has significant spatial differentiation characteristics,and regions with performance values from large to small are eastern region,central region,western region,and northeast region.Spatial positive clustering characteristics are significant,showing a spatial correlation pattern of cold north and south hot.Degree of marketization,urbanization rate,and technological progress have positive effect on Chinese provincial ecological well-being performance,while industrial structure(proportion of industrial added value as in gross domestic product)and consumption effect have negative effect.
