高速列车牵引系统智慧运维关键技术

Prospects for the Development of Intelligent Maintenance Technology in High-Speed Train Traction Systems

摘要 高速列车牵引系统作为高速列车的动力来源,实行合理有效的运维策略保障其安全可靠运行至关重要。目前高速列车的维护以定期维护和事后维护为主,对更先进、更智能的维护方式的尝试则较少。本文以高速列车牵引系统为主要研究对象,介绍了智慧运维的关键技术组成,概述了健康状态评估、故障在线辨识、智能维护等关键技术的内容、发展现状和展望,提出了未来高速列车大数据和智慧运维平台的构想。 Serving as the power source of high-speed train,the traction system requires effective maintenance strategies to ensure its safe and reliable operation.At present,the maintenance of high-speed train mainly adopts regular maintenance and breakdown maintenance,making few attempts at other more advanced and intelligent approaches.Regarding high-speed train traction system,this paper introduces key technologies of intelligent operation and maintenance,and summarizes health status assessment,online fatilt identification and intelligent maintenance,and puts forward the conception and prospect of big data and intelligent operation and maintenance platform for high-speed train.
