摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮代谢能(ME)和粗蛋白质(CP)水平对1~6周龄北京油鸡新配套系生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,以确定饲粮适宜代谢能和粗蛋白质水平,为制定北京油鸡新配套系饲养标准提供依据。采用3×3因子试验设计,饲粮代谢能水平分别为11.92、12.12、12.32 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平分别为18%、19%和20%。选择北京油鸡新配套系商品代1日龄公母混合雏鸡1296只,随机分为9组,每组9个重复,每重复(笼)16只鸡,公母各占1/2。各组随机饲喂所配制的9种试验饲粮。测定1~3周龄、4~6周龄、1~6周龄雏鸡生长性能,6周龄末采血测定血清生化指标和抗氧化指标。结果表明:1)饲粮代谢能和粗蛋白质水平对1~3周龄、4~6周龄、1~6周龄雏鸡的生长性能影响均不显著(P>0.05),但二者互作显著影响1~6周龄雏鸡的料重比,其中代谢能12.12 MJ/kg和粗蛋白质19%组的料重比显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。2)饲粮代谢能水平显著影响6周龄雏鸡的血清白蛋白含量,11.92 MJ/kg组显著高于12.12和12.32 MJ/kg组(P<0.05)。饲粮粗蛋白质水平显著影响血清总蛋白、球蛋白含量(P<0.05),随饲粮粗蛋白质水平提高,血清总蛋白、球蛋白含量增加。3)饲粮粗蛋白质水平显著影响6周龄雏鸡血清总抗氧化能力,其中20%组显著高于18%组(P<0.05),而19%组与其他2组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合考虑生长性能和血清生化指标,建议1~6周龄北京油鸡新配套系饲粮中适宜代谢能水平为12.12 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平为19%。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of metabolizable energy(ME)and crude protein(CP)levels on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes in Beijing You chicken(BYC)new line aged from 1 to 6 weeks,and to determine the optimum dietary ME and CP levels,so as to provide a basis for formulating feeding standard of BYC new line.A 3×3 factorial design was adopted,ME levels were 11.92,12.12 and 12.32 MJ/kg,CP levels were 18%,19%and 20%.A total of 1296 one-day-old commercial BYC new line chickens with similar body weight and mixed gender were randomly allocated to 9 groups with 9 replicates per group and 16 chickens per replicate(cage).The birds were randomly subjected to one of the 9 experimental diets.Growth performance were measured aged from 1 to 3 weeks,4 to 6 weeks and 1 to 6 weeks,serum biochemical and antioxidant indexes were measured at week 6.The results showed as follows:1)ME and CP levels had no significant effects on the growth performance of chicks aged from 1 to 3 weeks,4 to 6 weeks and 1 to 6 weeks(P>0.05),however,the interaction of ME and CP had significant effects on feed gain ratio of chicks aged from 1 to 6 weeks,12.12 MJ/kg ME and 19%CP had the lowest feed gain ratio among groups(P<0.05).2)Serum albumin content was significantly affected by ME levels,and the albumen content in the 11.92 MJ/kg group was significantly higher than that in 12.12 and 12.32 MJ/kg groups(P<0.05).The serum total protein and globulin contents were significantly affected by CP levels,which increased with the increase of CP level.3)Dietary CP level significantly affected the serum total antioxidant capacity of chicks aged 6 weeks,among which 20%group was significantly higher than 18%group(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences between 19%and the other two levels(P>0.05).In conclusion,considering the performance and the serum biochemical indexes,the optimum ME and CP levels are 12.12 MJ/kg and 19%for BYC new line chicken aged from 1 to 6 weeks of age.
