饲粮叶酸添加水平对初产种鹅繁殖性能、蛋品质及血清生殖激素和抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮叶酸添加水平对初产种鹅繁殖性能、蛋品质及血清生殖激素和抗氧化指标的影响,以确定初产种鹅对叶酸的需要量。选择健康、体重相近的34周龄五龙鹅产种种鹅180只,随机分成6个组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只鹅(1公4母)。各组(Ⅰ~Ⅵ组)种鹅分别饲喂叶酸添加水平为0、0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00和1.25 mg/kg的试验饲粮。预试期1周,正试期10周。结果表明:1)Ⅴ、Ⅵ组受精率显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅵ组孵化率显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。2)Ⅴ组蛋壳强度显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ和Ⅵ组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅴ组血清孕酮含量显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。4)Ⅴ组血清总蛋白含量显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅵ组(P<0.05或P<0.01),Ⅵ组血清丙二醛含量显著低于Ⅰ和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加叶酸有利于提高初产种鹅的受精率、孵化率、蛋壳强度和抗氧化能力。初产种鹅的饲粮叶酸适宜添加水平为1.00~1.25 mg/kg。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary folic acid supplemental level on reproductive performance,egg quality and serum reproductive hormone and antioxidant parameters of primiparous breeding geese,in order to determine the requirement of folic acid for primiparous breeding geese.A total of 180 healthy 34 weeks of age Wulong primiparous breeding geese with similar body weight were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 5 geese per replicate(1 male and 4 females).The breeding geese in groupsⅠtoⅥwere fed experimental diets which folic acid supplemental levels were 0,0.25,0.50,0.75,1.00 and 1.25 mg/kg,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 1 weeks,and the experimental period lasted for 10 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)the fertilization rate of groupsⅤandⅥwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05),and the hatching rate of groupⅥwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).2)The eggshell strength of groupⅤwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,ⅣandⅥ(P<0.05).3)The serum progesterone content of groupⅤwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ(P<0.05 or P<0.01).4)The serum total protein content of groupsⅤwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅥ(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the serum malondialdehyde content of groupⅥwas significantly lower than that of groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of folic acid in diet is beneficial to improve fertilization rate,hatching rate,eggshell strength and antioxidant capacity of primiparous breeding geese.The suitable dietary folic acid supplemental level is 1.00 to 1.25 mg/kg.
