混合核苷片联合同步放化疗治疗局部晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤的疗效和安全性

Efficacy and safety of mixed nucleosides tablets combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced head and neck cancer

目的:观察混合核苷片联合同步放化疗治疗局部晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法:50例明确诊断的局部晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤患者随机分成观察组以及对照组,每组各25例。两组患者均行同步放化疗,同时观察组联合应用混合核苷片。放疗后评价全部患者的疗效、相关毒副反应。结果:50例患者均完成治疗,观察组和对照组的近期有效率(RR)分别为92.0%和84.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);毒副反应方面,观察组骨髓抑制及感染发生率明显好于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在局部晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤同步放化疗过程中联合应用混合核苷片,可减轻放化疗毒副反应,不影响治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects and adverse effects of mixed nucleoside tablets for locally advanced head and neck cancer with concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Methods:50 patients with locally advanced head and neck cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group.All the patients in the two groups received concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Mixed nucleoside tablets was given to the patients of the observation group.Clinical curative effects,adverse effects were evaluated 1 month later after the radiotherapy.Results:All 50 patients completed the whole treatments.The short-term effective rates in the observation and control group were 92.0%and 84.0%,there was no difference between them(P>0.05).As to adverse effects,the incidence rates of hematology toxicity and infection in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mixed nucleoside tablets combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced head and neck cancer can reduce the adverse effects and it does not affect curative effects.
