摘要 朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症(langerhans cell histiocytosis,LCH)是朗格汉斯细胞克隆性增生性疾病,临床少见,极易误诊。我院收治一例首次诊断为慢性炎症,此次复发确诊的LCH患者。本文将分析朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症的临床病理特征、免疫表型,并复习相关文献,旨在提高临床及病理医师对该肿瘤的认识,减少误诊。
