摘要
可编程自动化控制系统相比较PLC技术更加先进,为综采工作面采煤机、支架、刮板机、胶带机以及泵站等设备实现一体化集中控制提供了一套可行性技术方案。本文以可编程自动化控制器为基础,通过建立综采工作面设备一体化控制理论模型,研发设计了一套高度集成的工作面智能化控制系统,实现综采工作面采煤机、支架、运输机泵站等设备的智能协调控制。
The programmable automation controller system is more advanced than the PLC technology.It pro⁃vides a feasible technical scheme for the integrated centralized control of the equipment used in fully mecha⁃nized working faces such as shearer,support,scrapper,belt conveyor,and pumping station.Based on the programmable automation controller,this article develops and designs a set of highly integrated working face intelligent control system by establishing a theoretical model of integrated control of the equipment used in fully mechanized working faces to realize the intelligent coordinated control of the equipment used in fully mechanized working faces such as shearer,support,conveyor,and pumping station.
