This article introduces the features of excess and abnormal vibration fault of rotating machinery with a flexible support system,performs the vibration test and analysis on the faulty coal crusher,and effec⁃tively eliminates the excess and abnormal vibration fault through technical means such as leveling by vibra⁃tion isolators and dynamic balancing by on-site rotors,which provide a reference for the handling of similar faults.
