摘要
铁路车辆轴温智能探测系统(THDS)是车辆运行安全监控系统(5T)的重要组成部分,利用轨边红外线高速探头和智能跟踪装置实时检测运行车辆的轴承温度,进行跟踪报警,是及时发现车辆热轴、防止热切轴,确保铁路运输安全的重要设备。朔黄铁路是我国西煤东运第二大通道,目前开行万吨、2万t重载列车达80%,重载列车编组辆数多、载重大,在通过长大下坡道时需要采取循环制动来保持安全车速。在个别车辆由于制动系统不良,未能完全缓解的情况下,车轮热传导至轴承,可能引起热轴误报。本文对此问题予以分析,并提出解决方案。
The trace hotbox detection system(THDS)of railway rolling stocks is an important part of the rolling stock operation safety monitoring system(5T).It detects and tracks the bearing temperature of run⁃ning rolling stocks,and gives the alarm in real time by the rail-side infrared high-speed probes and intelli⁃gent tracking devices.It is an important device to discover hot box,prevent severe hot box,and ensure the safety of railway transportation.The Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway is the second largest channel for coal trans⁃port from west to east in China.At present,80%of 10,000 t and 20,000 t heavy haul trains are operated.The number of heavy haul trains is large,and the load is heavy,so the cycle braking is necessary to main⁃tain a safe speed when the rolling stock runs on the long and steep down ramp.In the case of failed heat release in individual rolling stocks due to poor braking systems,the heat conduction from wheels to bearings may cause false alarms of hot box.This article analyzes the above problem and proposes a solution.
