米糠蜡精制工艺研究

Study on the Refining Process of Rice Bran Wax

以米糠油的蜡糊为原料,选取不同的方案对蜡糊的脱油、脱色、脱胶、脱臭等精制过程进行工艺条件研究,并最终确定了精制的基本工艺参数,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂脱油,7%的活性炭吸附脱色,添加质量分数为10%的柠檬酸水溶液10%脱胶,于160℃,2 bar条件下汽提脱臭,得到的精制的米糠蜡纯度达99.5%以上,含油量小于0.3%,含胶量小于0.1%,嗅度为0,色度小于1.0(加德纳色度)。

To make a study on the refining process of rice bran wax,the authors used waxy rice bran oil paste as raw material to study how to deoil,decolor,degum and deodorize the waxy paste with different schemes,and finally determined following basic parameters of refining process:using ethyl acetate as deoiling solvent and adding 7%activated carbon for decolorization,removing the gum with 10%citric acid aqueous solution(10%concentration),and choosing steam stripping method for high purity and deodorizing the waxy paste at 160℃and 2 bar.Through such process,the refined rice bran wax obtained can reach a higher purity of more than 99.5%and a lower oil content of less than 0.3%with the gum content less than 0.1%,and both its odor and color(Gardner Color)less-than 1.0.
