摘要
在我国婴幼儿配方食品产业现状及发展趋势、食品生产监管部门对婴幼儿配方食品的监管现状和相关政策、对监管人员和企业质量负责人进行系统调研、全面分析研究的基础上,探讨食品生产监管对提高婴幼儿配方食品产业质量安全水平和规范其生产的中心作用、婴幼儿配方谷粉生产过程中容易出现的产品质量安全风险和相关防控措施,为江西省婴幼儿配方食品产业高质量发展提供依据,进而为完善江西省食品安全监管体系和制定绿色食品产业的发展规划提供基础数据支撑和指导。
Based on the current situation and development trend of the infant formula food industry in China,the supervision status and related policies of the food production supervision department on infant formula food,the systematic investigation and comprehensive analysis and research of supervisors and enterprise quality managers,the food was discussed.Production supervision plays a central role in improving the quality and safety level of the infant formula food industry and standardizing its production.The product quality and safety risks and related prevention and control measures that were likely to occur in the production of infant formula cereal flour were high for the infant formula food industry in Jiangxi Province.Provide a basis for qualitative development,and provide basic data support and guidance for further improving the food safety supervision system of Jiangxi Province and formulating the development plan of the green food industry.
