摘要 结合现代食品发展需要和食品加工与安全专业农业硕士的培养现状,分析食品加工与安全专业硕士研究生培养中存在的问题,并从课程体系、实践能力、培养模式等方面提出建议与思路,以期完善专业学位研究生培养模式,有效提高培养质量,为培养符合食品产业发展需要的高层次应用型人才提供参考。 Combining the needs of modern food development with the current status of the cultivation of a master's degree in food processing and safety,analyzed the problems in the cultivation of master's degree students in food processing and safety,and put forward suggestions and ideas from the curriculum system,practical ability,training mode,etc.,in order to improve the professional degree postgraduate training model could effectively improve the quality of training and provide a reference for training high-level applied talents that meet the needs of the development of the food industry.
