摘要 课程思政作为新时代育人的重要途径,已成为专业课程教学改革的方向之一。以食品专业课程“食品工艺学”为例,从课程思政设计与教学融入点、教学方法、教学效果及存在的问题等几个方面介绍了开展“食品工艺学”课程思政的教学改革情况,以期为食品专业其他课程开展课程思政提供参考。 As an important way of education in the new era,ideological and political curriculum has become one of the directions of professional curriculum teaching reform.Taking Food Technology as an example,the teaching reform of ideological and political curriculum were introduced from the aspects including ideological and political design and teaching integration,teaching methods,teaching effects and existing problems in this paper,in order to provide a reference for other courses of food specialty to carry out ideological and political education.
