2016-2020年云南省文山州猪瘟免疫效果监测及分析

Surveillance and Analysis of the Effects of Swine Fever Immunity in Wenshan Prefecture from 2016 to 2020

为了解文山州猪瘟疫苗的免疫效果情况,及时准确掌握全州防疫质量和免疫效果,2016—2020年,运用猪瘟病毒间接ELISA抗体检测试剂盒对全州8个县(市)开展猪瘟免疫效果检测。结果表明,全州各地的猪瘟抗体水平存在一定差异,抗体合格率为66.25%~90.94%,平抗体合格率为80.91%。其中2016年猪瘟抗体水平最高,为87.23%,2020年猪瘟抗体水平最低,仅为73.62%,分析了原因,为科学免疫提供依据。

In order to understand the immunization effect of the swine fever vaccine in Wenshan prefecture,and timely and accurately grasp the epidemic prevention quality and immunization effect of the whole prefecture,during the five years from 2016 to 2020,the swine fever virus indirect ELISA antibody detection kit was used to test eight counties in the whole prefecture(city)carried out the test of the immune effect of swine fever.The results show that there are certain differences in the level of swine fever antibodies across the prefecture.The qualified rate of antibodies is 66.25%~90.94%,and the qualified rate of flat antibodies is 80.91%.In the past five years,the level of antibodies against swine fever was the highest in 2016,at 87.23%,and in 2020,the level of antibodies against swine fever was the lowest,at only 73.62%,analysis of the causes for scientific immunization to provide a basis.
