饲料中草甘膦残留物对牲畜健康的影响

摘要 随着现代农业的飞速发展,农药的应用越来越广泛。而目前草甘膦是使用最广泛、用量最大的除草剂种类之一,其在环境中的大量残留给环境带来巨大潜在风险。草甘膦是广泛用于除草的除草剂中的活性成分,包括对转基因的草甘膦不敏感作物区的除草。另外,草甘膦除草剂用于草甘膦敏感作物的收获前干燥。草甘膦的使用会导致其在牲畜饲料中残留。草甘膦除具有除草性能外,还具有抗菌和矿物质螯合的特性。该文总结饲料中草甘膦残留物对牲畜健康的影响。 With the rapid development of modern agriculture,the application of pesticide is more and more extensive.At present,glyphosate is one of the most widely used and largest amount of herbicides,and its large amount of residues in the environment brings huge potential risks to the environment.Glyphosate is the active ingredient in herbicides that are widely used for weeding,including weeding areas that are not sensitive to GM glyphosate.In addition,glyphosate is used for pre-harvest drying of glyphosate-sensitive crops.The use of glyphosate can lead to residues in livestock feed.Glyphosate has antibacterial and mineral chelating properties as well as herbicidal properties.The effects of glyphosate residues in feed on the health of livestock were summarized in this paper.
