Strict implementation of animal quarantine supervision and law enforcement,timely detection of substandard animal products on the market,effective supervision of animal quarantine work,standardization of the work behavior of quarantine personnel,and ensuring the quality of quarantine work,to ensure the safety of animal products on the market.However,in the traditional animal quarantine supervision and law enforcement,there are still widespread situations in which the implementation of various laws and regulations is not in place,the subject of administrative law enforcement is limited,and the construction of specialized teams for quarantine supervision and law enforcement is not in place,which seriously affects the overall quality of law enforcement,we should strengthen the effective training and education for the relevant managers,establish and improve the law enforcement system,promote the ideological understanding of the relevant staff,and ensure the improvement of the quality of animal quarantine supervision and law enforcement within a short period of time.This paper discusses the restrictive factors of animal quarantine supervision and law enforcement,and then discusses the corresponding countermeasures.
