牛口蹄疫是由口蹄疫病毒感染引发的一类重大传染性疾病,目前该种疾病没有特效药物,临床上只能靠疫苗免疫接种预防。考虑疾病危害较为严重,我国将该类疾病纳入强制性免疫接种体系中,每年春秋两季都需要对养殖场进行强制性的口蹄疫灭活疫苗免疫接种。但在牛口蹄疫苗免疫接种中,经常会因为牛群存在不同程度的应激反应,或者身体抵抗能力较弱,造成疫苗免疫接种后出现不同程度的过敏反应,威胁严重时还易造成严重的过敏症状引发休克死亡,给养殖户带来经济损失。因此需要针对疫苗免疫接种中存在的过敏反应情况进行认真细致的总结,一旦出现过敏反应后,应立即采取措施进行抢救,保证牛群能恢复健康。该文主要论述牛口蹄疫疫苗过敏反应的症状、救治措施和预防措施。

Bovine foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)is a major form of foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)caused by the FMD virus.Currently,there is no specific drug for this disease and it can only be prevented clinically by vaccination.Infectious Disease.Considering the serious harm of the disease,it is necessary to carry out the compulsory inactivated foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)vaccination in the farms in spring and autumn every year.However,in the vaccination of Bovine foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)vaccine,different degrees of allergic reaction often occur because of the existence of different degrees of stress reaction in the cattle or the weak resistance of the body,when the threat is serious,it is also easy to cause severe allergic symptoms to cause shock and death,and bring economic losses to the farmers.Therefore,it is necessary to make a careful summary of the allergic reaction in vaccination.Once the allergic reaction occurs,immediate rescue measures should be taken to ensure that the cattle can recover to health.The symptoms,treatment and prevention of allergic reaction to bovine foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)vaccine were discussed in this paper.
