时速160 km轨道交通线路钢弹簧浮置板轨道动力学特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 部分新建城市轨道交通线路设计时速已达160 km,特殊减振地段采用钢弹簧浮置板轨道。为深入研究浮置板轨道的动力学特性,建立列车-轨道-隧道-土体一体化振动分析模型,分析各种行车速度及隔振器刚度条件下车辆通过钢弹簧浮置板轨道时轨道结构的动力响应及减振特性,并计算车辆行驶的安全性、舒适度等相关指标。计算结果表明:(1)列车运行速度为160 km/h时,采用较大隔振器刚度(7.5 kN/mm及8.0 kN/mm)可满足浮置板位移限值要求;(2)浮置板轨道结构振动控制效果为20 dB,隔振器刚度越小,减振效果越好;(3)各种参数条件下,列车的安全性及舒适性指标均满足要求。 The design speed of several newly-built urban rail transit lines reached 160 km/h,and steel spring floating slab track was applied for special vibration reduction sections.In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the floating slab track with the design speed of the line is up to 160 km/h,an integrated vibration analysis model of train-track-tunnel-soil was established.The dynamic response and vibration reduction characteristics of the track,with different passing speed and stiffness of isolators,were analyzed.The safety,comfort and other indexes were calculated.The calculation results show that:(1)When the train running speed is 160 km/h,the stiffness of the vibration isolator(7.5 kN/mm and 8.0 kN/mm)can meet the requirements of the displacement of the floating slab.(2)The vibration reduction of the floating slab track structure is 20dB.The smaller the stiffness of the vibration isolator,the better the vibration reduction effect.(3)Under various parameters,the safety and comfort indexes of the train meet the requirements.
