摘要 新建通苏嘉甬铁路是一条兼具沿海通道和地区城际路网功能的南北向高速铁路,以桥梁方式跨越杭州湾。结合国内外跨海工程建设经验,通过收集区域经济社会现状及发展等基础资料开展经济社会分析预测,通过收集影响区域内综合交通运输路网现状及规划资料开展现状综合交通分析及未来交通展望,通过收集相关道路交通量等基础资料并基于OD调查资料进行交通量分析与预测。基于此分析公路通道在区域路网及综合运输体系中的功能定位,然后对跨杭州湾大桥可能的建设方式进行比选、论证,最终选择符合通道和路网规划、满足社会经济和交通需求、投资节省的单建铁路桥梁方案。 The newly-built Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo Railway is a north-south high-speed railway,serving as a national railway coastal channel and a part of regional intercity network.Bridges are adopted for the crossing of Hangzhou Bay.In this paper,combined with the experience of domestic and abroad cross sea engineering projects,economic and social analysis and prediction through the collection of regional economic and social status and development basic data,the current comprehensive traffic analysis and future traffic development prospect through the collection of regional comprehensive transportation network status and planning data were carried out.Traffic volume was analyzed and predicted by collecting the basic data of road traffic volume and OD survey data,the function orientation of highway corridor in regional road network and comprehensive transportation system were analyzed.Comparison and demonstration of possible construction methods of the bridge across Hangzhou Bay were presented.The single railway bridge scheme was suggested which met with the network planning,socio-economic,traffic demand and investment.
