山区单线客货共线铁路混凝土简支梁选择

Selection of Simply Supported Concrete Beams for Single Track Mixed Passenger and Freight Railway in Mountainous Area

摘要 目前适用于客货共线铁路的常用跨度简支梁有简支T梁和简支箱梁两种形式,梁型选择不仅影响桥梁自身的结构设计,也影响接触网、护轮轨等相关工程的设计,以及梁场设置、施工组织等问题。结合我国西南某山区铁路扩能改造工程,对两种桥梁形式的梁部、桥墩、基础等进行对比,并分析接触网、护轮轨、梁场设置、运梁过隧等相关因素的经济技术指标,深入探讨山区单线客货共线铁路简支梁梁型的选择问题。研究表明,平原地区双线铁路及设声屏障的区段宜选用箱梁;山区单线铁路桥梁不集中,且箱梁过隧困难,声屏障设置段落少,景观要求低,宜选用T梁。 The commonly used span simply supported beams for passenger and cargo collinear railways include simply supported T beams and simply supported box beams.A reasonable simply supported beam type not only affects the structural design of the bridge,but also affects the design of the related projects such as the OCS,the guard rail,the setting of the pre-cast beam yard and the construction organization.Based on the a capacity expansion and reconstruction project of a mountainous area railway in southwest China,this paper discussed the selection of the simple supported beam type of railway in mountainous area with single passenger and freight railway based on analysis of the structure deign of beams,piers and the foundation,the economic and technical indexes of the OCS,the guard rail,the beam yard setting,the transportation of beams passing through the tunnel and other related factors were considered as well.According to the analysis results,box girders are suggested for the section with double track railway in plain area and sound barrier area.For mountainous area where the location of bridges is scattered,since few sound barriers beams are needed and less demand of landscape,the T beam has advantages such as small volume,convenient transportation and construction,and low cost.
