高速铁路桥梁CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道底座板施工技术创新 被引量:1

摘要 为提高高速铁路CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道底座板的施工质量,以商合杭铁路站前工程为背景,基于桥梁段底座板结构特点,重点探讨基础面处理、底座钢筋绑扎、底座模板及限位凹槽模板安装、混凝土浇筑养护、伸缩缝施工等施工关键技术,形成了一套高速铁路桥梁CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道底座板施工方法。对比分析4种无砟轨道底座板模板支撑形式,提出底座板模板的改进建议,采用型钢式模板支撑体系,避免了对基础面的损伤,保证了桥梁完整度,提高施工效率,节约了成本。现场实践表明,采用该技术方法施工底座板,成型后底座板线型平顺、美观,内外质量均符合设计要求。 In order to ensure the construction quality of CRTSⅢslab ballastless track base of high-speed railway elevated sections,based on the structural characteristics of the track of Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou Railway,this paper focused on the key construction technologies such as foundation surface treatment,base reinforcement binding,base template,limit groove template installation,concrete pouring and maintenance,expansion joint construction,etc.This paper introduced the construction method of CRTSⅢslab ballastless track base plate.Four types of ballastless track base formwork support forms were compared and analyzed.Suggestions for improvement of base formwork were suggested.Steel type formwork support system was adopted to avoid damage to the foundation surface,ensure bridge integrity,improve construction efficiency and save cost.The field practice showed that the base plate was smooth and beautiful,and the internal and external quality met the design requirements,which had a certain practical significance for similar engineering construction in the future.
