学校管理文化提升的实践策略——基于《义务教育学校管理标准》

Practical Strategies for the Promotion of School Management Culture--Based on the Management Standards for Compulsory Education Schools

从方向性、科学性、系统性和创新性的基本特征出发,论述了良好的学校管理文化是推进教育质量和办学水平提升的关键力量;认为《义务教育学校管理标准》的颁布,为义务教育学校管理文化的培育树立了科学化、法治化的价值导向,指明了人本化、制度化的实践方向。义务教育学校管理者应在管理文化与实践“一体互构”的基础上,从确定科学的管理前提、倡导法治的价值导向、树立人本的工作理念、构建制度的实践落实机制等方面着手,推进学校管理文化的有效提升。

Starting from the basic characteristics of directional,scientific,systematic and innovative,this article discusses that a good school management culture is the key force to promote the quality of education and the improvement of school running level.It believes that the Management Standards for Compulsory Education Schools establishes a scientific and legal value orientation for the cultivation of compulsory education school management culture,and points out the direction of human-oriented and institutionalized practice.On the basis of the“integration and mutual construction”of management culture and practice,the managers of compulsory education schools should promote their effective improvement from determining scientific management premises,advocating the value orientation of the rule of law,establishing human-oriented work concepts,and constructing system practices and other aspects.
