Promoting Local Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Students from the Collaboration Perspective of Municipal Schools and Enterprises

阐述市校企协同促进大学生本地就业创业的重要意义;分析当前我国市校企协同推进大学生本地就业创业存在的主导性、实效性和系统性等方面的问题;提出确立地方政府在协同过程中的主导地位,建立大学生本地就业创业多重协同路径,完善大学生本地就业创业政策,建立大学生本地就业创业全过程协同体系,建立大学生本地就业创业一体化管理体系等市校企协同推进大学生本地就业创业的对策。

This article expounds the significance to promote local employment and entrepreneurship of college students from the collaboration perspective of municipal schools and enterprises in our country,and analyzes its problems in terms of dominance,effectiveness and systemicity.It puts forward countermeasures such as establishing the dominant position of the local government in the collaborative process,establishing multiple coordinated paths,improving the local employment and entrepreneurship policies for college students,and establishing a coordinated and integrated management system throughout the process.
