摘要
为监测船舶水润滑轴承力学状态,在水润滑轴承橡胶轴瓦中植入光纤光栅传感器,并对布拉格光纤光栅的应变检测原理和应变传递特性进行分析,设计了橡胶轴瓦植入光纤光栅传感器的封装结构及水润滑轴承监测系统。受力试验表明:该监测系统满足轴承动载荷在线监测评估需要,可用于水润滑轴承的动载荷特征识别及轴承的智能化设计。
In order to monitor the mechanical state of the ship′s water-lubricated bearing,a fiber gra-ting sensor was implanted in the rubber bearing of the water-lubricated bearing.The principle of strain detection and strain transfer characteristics of the fiber Bragg grating(FBG)were analyzed,and the packaging structure of the fiber grating sensor of the rubber bearing and the water-lubricated bearing monitoring system were designed.The force test shows that the monitoring system meets the needs of on-line monitoring and evaluation of bearing dynamic load,and thus can be used for the identification of dynamic load characteristics of water-lubricated bearings and the intelligent design of bearings.
