对数正态型备件随舰配置方案评估及优化

摘要 针对舰船装备任务期间对数正态型备件随舰配置方案满足率评估及优化问题,首先采用部件寿命等效原理,将对数正态型部件消耗过程等效为伽玛冲击过程,给出了寿命等效的参数计算方法,建立了对数正态型部件随舰备件满足率模型;然后,结合备件满足率指标约束,给出了对数正态型备件配置方案优化方法,并结合算例进行了仿真分析。结果表明:所建立的模型具有较高的评估精度,能够对对数正态型备件配置方案进行评估;所提出的备件配置优化方法能够在备件满足率指标约束下,准确给出对数正态备件随舰配置方案。该研究结果能够为舰船装备保障部门开展对数正态型备件随舰配置方案评估及优化,提供一定的理论支撑和决策支持。 Aiming at the evaluation and optimization of lognormal spare parts configuration scheme during warship equipment mission,the consumption process of lognormal spare parts was equalized to gamma impact process by using the principle of spare parts life equivalence.The parameter calculation method of life equivalence was given,and the fill rate model of lognormal spare parts was established.Combined with the constraints of spare parts fill rate,the optimization method of lognormal spare parts configuration scheme was given.The simulation algorithm design was carried out with the simulation analysis conducted through a numerical example.The analysis shows that the proposed lognormal spare parts fill rate evaluation model has high accuracy,suitable for evaluating the lognormal spare parts configuration scheme with different life distribution.The method can accurately give the lognormal spare parts configuration scheme on board under the constraints of the spare parts fill rate index.The proposed model and optimization method will function as a theoretical support and decision support for the warship equipment support department to carry out the evaluation and optimization.
