摘要
随着社会经济的迅猛发展,国人无论是在日常生活还是旅程中都对酒店提出了更高的需求,酒店数量日益增多的同时其竞争也加剧。酒店文化作为酒店竞争力的核心影响因素,也影响着酒店的发展和其员工的服务行为。目前越来越多的酒店开始关注酒店文化的提升,也更加注重其建设以及酒店员工的培训。基于此,文章希望以松赞酒店为案例,探讨酒店文化与员工服务行为的关系。
With the rapid development of social economy,the people of China have put forward higher demands for hotels both in their daily lives and in their journeys,as the number of hotels increases,so does the competition.Hotel culture,as the core influencing factor of hotel competitiveness,jointly influences the development of hotels and the service behavior of their staff.At present,more and more hotel cultures begin to pay more attention to its improvement,as well as its construction and the training of hotel employees.Based on this,the ar ticle hopes to take Songtsam Hotel as a case study to explore the relationship between hotel culture and employees’service behavior.
