Standing lending facilities:A literature review

2013年以来,央行频繁使用常备借贷便利工具为金融机构提供流动性,并不断创新推出一系列借贷便利货币政策工具。借贷便利类货币政策工具的实施能够对经济的发展和当前的经济形势产生深刻影响。在经济发展新常态的今天,针对央行货币政策工具的研究显得尤为重要。本文试图将国内研究常备借贷便利这一货币政策工具相关文献进行归纳和整理,对目前学者所做的贡献进行总结,并试图提出针对这一问题今后的研究方向。

Since 2013,the central bank has frequently used standing lending facility tools to provide liquidity to financial institutions and continuously innovated and launched a series of monetary policy tools for lending facility.The implementation of monetary policy tools such as lending facilities can have a profound impact on economic development and the current economic situation.In today’s new normal of economic development,it is particularly important to study the monetary policy tools of the central bank.This paper attempts to summarize and sort out the literature related to the domestic research on the standing lending facility as a monetary policy tool,summarize the contri butions made by current scholars,and try to put forward the future research direction on this issue.
