城市社区协同治理中居民参与治理的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures of residents’participation in urban community collaborative governance

居民参与治理是城市社区协同治理的重要一环,相较于协同治理过程中其他的参与主体,居民提出的建议更具有针对性和细致性。目前居民参与城市社区协同治理过程中仍然存在意识不足、治理渠道缺失、治理效率低下、相关专业素养较低等问题。改善居民参与协同治理,应当采取调动居民积极性、构建合理参与渠道、提高治理效率、引进专业人才等措施,提升协同治理的实践效能。

Residents’participation in governance is an important part of urban community collaborative governance.Compared with oth er participants in the process of collaborative governance,residents’suggestions are more targeted and detailed.At present,there are still some problems in the process of residents’participation in urban community collaborative governance,such as lack of awareness,lack of channels for residents to participate in governance,low governance efficiency and low professional quality.To improve residents’participation in collaborative governance,measures should be taken to mobilize residents’enthusiasm,build reasonable participation chan nels,improve governance efficiency,and introduce professionals to enhance the practical efficiency of collaborative governance.
