南宋皖江流域的圩田开发——以宣州和太平州为中心

Polder Development in Wanjiang Basin of Southern Song Dynasty:Taking Xuanzhou and Taiping Prefectures as examples

靖康之乱严重打击了皖江流域的农业生产,为了稳固政权、开辟财源和安顿民生,朝廷投入了大量财力、物力和人力,不仅加强对宣州和太平州两地圩田的修筑和管理,而且为圩田建设提供了多元化的资金来源,为两地圩田农业发展提供了良好基础。随着南宋政权逐渐稳定,社会经济得到恢复和发展,宣州和太平州两地圩田规模扩大,集约化经营,农业生产力水平提高,进一步推进了圩田经济发展。宣州和太平州两地圩田经济在宋廷的经济和财政上占据重要地位。

The Chaos of Jingkang has done great damage to the agricultural production in Wanjiang Basin.In order to stabilize the political power,explore new sources of revenue and settle the people’s livelihood,the government had invested a lot of financial,material and human resources and strengthened the construction and management of polder in Xuanzhou and Taiping Prefectures.With diversified sources of funds for polder construction,the agricultural development of polder fields in the two places was guaranteed.As the Southern Song regime became stable gradually,the recovery and development of social economy accelerated,the scale of polder in Xuanzhou and Taiping expanded;intensive management and the level of agricultural productivity improved.All these further promoted the development of polder economy.The polder economy of Xuanzhou and Taiping Prefectures occupied an important position in the economy and finance of the Song Dynasty.
