初次体外受精-胚胎移植患者生育生活质量现状及影响因素

Current Situation and Impact Factors of Reproductive Life Quality of Patients Firstly Undergoing In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer

目的分析初次体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者的生育生活质量情况及影响因素。方法随机抽取2020年5—10月于河南省人民医院生殖医学研究所接受初次IVF-ET的180例女性患者为研究对象。收集患者的一般人口学信息以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生育生活质量量表(FertiQoL)评分。采用Pearson相关性分析焦虑、抑郁和生育生活水平的关系。结果共发放问卷180份,收集到有效问卷172份,有效率为95.5%。初次IVF-ET患者的FertiQoL总分为(60.9±15.2)分。初次IVF-ET患者的焦虑、抑郁和FertiQoL各个方面得分均呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。受教育程度、居住地、家庭收入、职业、不育时间、不育症治疗时间、男方是独生子、生育是重要事件与初次IVF-ET患者的FertiQoL总分相关(P<0.05)。结论初次IVF-ET患者的总体生育生活质量状况不佳,被大量因素影响,包括抑郁、不育症治疗时间、受教育程度、居住地、焦虑、男方是否属于独生子、不育时间等。

Objective To analyze the situation and impact factors of reproductive life quality of patients firstly undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods A random sample of 180 female patients who received the first IVF-ET at the Institute of Reproductive Medicine in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from May to October 2020 were the subjects of the study.The general demographic information of the patients and the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the fertility quality of life(FertiQoL)were collected.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between anxiety,depression and reproductive living standards.Results A total of 180 questionnaires were distributed and 172 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 95.5%.The total FertiQoL score of the first IVF-ET patients was(60.9±15.2)points.The correlation between the scores of anxiety,depression and FertiQoL of the first IVF-ET patients were negative(r<0,P<0.05).The level of education,place of residence,family income,occupation,infertility time,infertility treatment time,the husband in the family with only one child and an important event of childbirth were related to the FertiQoL total score of the first IVF-ET patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall condition of the first-time IVF-ET patient’s reproductive living standard is not good,which is affected by a large number of factors,including depression,infertility treatment time,education level,residence,anxiety,whether the man is the only child and infertility time.
