摘要
在国内外研究现状的基础上结合武汉现有数据资源重点从公交线网结构合理性、客流动态监测分析、运行效率和运营服务管理4个方面构建常规公交运行监测与服务效能评价指标体系,并结合实际数据和相关规范分别对其评价分析.研究表明:武汉市公交线网发展水平近年来有较大幅度提升,线网结构合理性各项指标符合规范要求;常规公交日均吸引乘客200~500万人次,较大部分为通勤乘客,占比67%;公交运行速度处于轻度拥堵状态,为15~19 km/h;公交运营服务管理各项指标值较高,但发车间隔合格率和准点率指标值相对不高.最后针对站点客流大、秩序混乱、公交运送速度低、部分线路方向不均衡系数大等问题分别提出设置港湾式公交站、分站扩容,设置公交专用道,增设区间车等改善建议.
Based on the research status at home and abroad,this study combined Wuhan s existing data resources,and established an index system to evaluate the efficiency of the general public transport operation monitoring and services from four aspects:bus line network structure rationality,passenger flow dynamic monitoring and analysis,operational efficiency and operational service management.Combined with actual data and relevant specifications,this study evaluated and analyzed the index system.The research shows that the development level of Wuhan public transport network has been greatly improved in recent years,and the indicators of the rationality of the network structure meet the requirements of the norms;the average daily bus attracts 2~5 million passengers,and commuter passengers accounted for 67%of the transit ridership;the bus operation speed is in a lightly congested state,which is 15~19 km/h;the values of the bus operation service management are higher,but maintaining the required departure interval and the punctuality rate are relatively low.Finally,in order to solve the problems of large passenger flow,low bus transportation speed and large imbalance of some lines,this study proposed to set up a port-type bus station,and sub-station expansions,designate bus lanes,and add shuttle buses and other suggestions for improvement.
