干湿循环条件下改性云母粉对砂浆抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过对云母粉进行疏水改性处理制备出一种改性粉体,采用该改性粉体制备出具有疏水性能的砂浆,对该砂浆的吸水率、失水率、干湿循环硫酸盐侵蚀条件下的外观、抗压强度、水溶性SO_(4)^(2-)的分布进行了研究,并进行了机理分析。结果表明:所制备的改性粉体能降低砂浆的吸水率和失水率,改善硫酸盐侵蚀条件下砂浆试件的表面剥落、开裂和强度损失。 A modified powder was prepared by water-repellent modifying mica powder,and a mortar with water-repellent properties was prepared by using the modified powder.The water absorption,water loss,and sulfate resistance of the mortar with and without modified powder in the dry-wet cycling environment were investigated.The results show that the modified powder can reduce the water absorption and desorption rate of mortar,and can improve the surface spalling,cracking and strength reduction during sulfate attack.
