摘要
为提高传统管桩生产线的安全性和生产效率,根据其生产工艺特点,结合原生产线布局,对比了不同布料方式的优缺点,最终确定选用自动布料机、自动张拉机和自动合模机进行前台改造,并分析了改造前后的生产效率,可为传统管桩生产线的自动化改造提供参考。
In order to improve the safety and production efficiency of the traditional pile production line,according to its production process characteristics and combined with the layout of the original production line,the advantages and disadvantages of different distribution methods are compared and analyzed,and it is finally determined to select automatic distribution machine,automatic tensioning machine and automatic clamping machine for foreground transformation.The production efficiency before and after the transformation is analyzed.The case can provide a reference for the automation transformation of the traditional pile production line.
