基于PKPM对带聚苯板预制剪力墙结构整体性能的分析

摘要 以某实际住宅工程为建模基础,研究了在预制剪力墙底部放置聚苯乙烯泡沫板对装配式结构整体自振周期和位移等性能的影响,按照实际情况设计了两种预制率,并分别设定了A、B、C三种工况,利用PKPM进行结构计算。结果表明:相较于现浇结构,带聚苯板预制剪力墙能够有效降低结构的自振周期、刚度和层间剪力,降低结构的建造成本;当结构满足规范规定的位移及层间位移角等要求时,预制率越高,结构建造成本越低。 Based on a real residential project,the effect of polystyrene foam board on the natural period and displacement of the fabricated structure at the bottom and top of the precast shear wall was studied.Two prefabrication rates were designed according to the actual situation,and three conditions of A,B and C were assumed respectively,and the structure was calculated by PKPM.The calculation results show that compared with the cast-in-place structure,the prefabricated wall with polystyrene board can effectively reduce the natural period,stiffness and inter story shear of the structure,and reduce the construction cost of the structure.When the displacement and inter story displacement angle of the structure meet the requirements of the specification,the higher the prefabrication rate,the lower the construction cost of the structure.
