多层螺旋CT在腹内疝分型、分级中的应用研究

Application of Multi-slice Spiral CT in Classification and Grading of Internal Hernia

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在腹内疝分型、分级中的应用价值。方法:选择2019年4月至2020年12月就诊于本院的30例腹内疝患者,均经手术病理证实,术前均接受MSCT检查。分析MSCT在腹内疝分型、分级诊断中的准确性。结果:MSCT对腹内疝分型诊断准确率为53.33%;MSCT对先天性腹内疝诊断准确率为87.50%,高于获得性腹内疝的40.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MSCT对腹内疝分级诊断准确性为90.00%。结论:MSCT对腹内疝分级准确率较高,在腹内疝分型中对先天性腹内疝有较高的检出率。

Objective:To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in classification and grading of internal hernia.Methods:From April 2019 to December 2020,30 patients with internal hernia in our hospital were selected,all of whom were confirmed by surgery and pathology,and all received MSCT examination before operation.To analyze the accuracy of MSCT in classification and grading diagnosis of internal hernia.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT in classification of internal hernia was 53.33%.The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT in congenital intra-abdominal hernia was 87.50%,which was higher than that in acquired intra-abdominal hernia(40.91%,P<0.05).The accuracy of MSCT in diagnosing intra-abdominal hernia is 90.00%.Conclusion:MSCT has high accuracy in classification of intra-abdominal hernia,and has a high detection rate for congenital intra-abdominal hernia.
