湖南地区秋马铃薯品种比较试验

Comparative Test of Autumn Potato Varieties in Hunan

为了选出耐高温、耐退化,适宜湖南地区秋种的马铃薯品种,以红美、华薯3号、华薯5号等11个早熟马铃薯品种为材料在株洲醴陵进行品比试验。结果表明:华薯6号、北方009、北方002和华薯3号的产量分别为2372.13、1975.35、1775.25和1720.52 kg/667m^(2),较对照(中薯3号)分别增产41.86%、17.98%、6.03%和2.76%;其中华薯6号,出苗最早,出苗率最高,主茎数最多,产量最高;华薯3号的商品薯率最高。华薯13号的干物质含量最高,其次是华薯12号、华薯8号,三者的干物质含量均高于对照。华薯13号的淀粉含量最高,其次是华薯12号、华薯8号,三者的淀粉含量均高于对照。就食味品质评价而言,北方002评分最高,口感最好,其次为中薯191、北方009、华薯8号、华薯6号,这5个品种的食味品质评分高于对照。综上所述,适合湖南地区秋马铃薯生产的最佳品种是华薯6号,其次是北方009、北方002、华薯3号,可以在湖南地区种植,进一步推广。

In order to select autumn potato varieties with high temperature and degradation tolerances that are suitable for Hunan area,11 early-maturing potato varieties such as Hongmei,Huashu 3 and Huashu 5 were used as materials for comparative test in Liling.Zhuzhou.Results showed that the yield of Huashu 6,Beifang 009,Beifang 002,and Huashu 3 was 35581.95,29630.25,26628.75and 25807.8 kg/hm^(2),respectively,41.86%,17.98%,6.03%and 2.76%higher than the control(Zhongshu 3).Huashu 6 had the earliest emergence,the highest emergence rate,the largest number of main stems and the highest yield.Huashu 3 had the highest rate of commercial potato.Huashu 13 had the highest dry matter and starch contents,followed by Huashu 12 and Huashu 8,all of which were higher than the control.In terms of taste quality evaluation,Beifang 002 had the highest score and the best taste,followed by Zhongshu 191,Beifang 009,Huashua 8 and Huashu 6,which were all superior to the control in taste quality evaluation.In summary,the best variety for autumn potato production in Hunan is Huashu 6,followed by Beifang 009,Beifang 002 and Huashu 3,which could be further promoted in Hunan.
