摘要
为掌握甘肃省临洮县及其周边县区绵羊肝片吸虫感染情况,2016—2020年采用局部蠕虫剖检术检查屠宰绵羊18373只,发现绵羊肝片吸虫平均感染率为43.1%,平均感染强度为39.3条。荷虫量1~50条的占感染羊的90.6%,51~100条的占9.3%,101条以上的占0.1%;2018年感染率最高(53.3%),平均感染强度最大(46.5条),与其他年份有统计学差异(P<0.05);2019年、2020年感染率仍均维持在47%以上,平均感染强度在42条以上。渭源县平均感染率最高(51.2%),感染强度最大(43.0条);安定区平均感染率最低(8.8%),感染强度最小(13条);临洮县感染范围最大,为8~138条。结果表明,该区域成年绵羊肝片吸虫感染较为普遍,感染率较高,整体呈加重趋势,且存在一定的区域分布特征。这应引起动物疫病防控机构的高度重视,加强肝片吸虫危害性宣传和防治技术培训,提高群众认知水平,指导养殖户合理放牧、定期驱虫,以降低肝片吸虫对当地绵羊产业发展的危害。本次调查为5县区绵羊肝片吸虫病防治提供了参考。
In order to identify the status of infection with sheep Fasciola hepatica in Lintao County and its surrounding regions in Gansu Province,18373 slaughtered sheep were examined by local post mortem of helminths during 2018 to 2020,it was found that the average infection rate and intensity were 43.1% and 39.3 worms,respectively.The sheep with 1 to 50 worms accounted for 90.6% of the infected ones,those with 51 to 100 worms for 9.3%,and those with more than 101 worms for 0.1%;in 2018,the infection rate was highest(53.3%)and the average infection intensity was maximum(46.5 worms),which was statistically diff erent(P<0.05)with the information in other years;In 2019 and 2020,the infection rate remained above 40%,and the average infection intensity was above 42 worms.The average infection rate and infection intensity were maximum(51.2% and 43.0 worms)in Weiyuan County,and minimum(8.8% and 13 worms)in Anding District;the range of infection was largest in Lintao County,which was 8 to 138 worms.It was concluded that sheep Fasciola hepatica was widely distributed in the region,with a high infection rate,which was increasingly serious year by year with the characteristics of a certain regional distribution.All of the above should be highly concerned by the authorities for animal disease control who should take a series of measures including strengthening publicity of the harmfulness of Fasciola hepatica and training related to the technology of prevention and control,improving the awareness of the public,and guiding farmers to graze reasonably and deworm regularly,so as to reduce any possible harm of Fasciola hepatica to the development of local sheep industry.A reference was provided by the study for future control of Fasciola hepatica in the above 5 counties/districts.
