摘要
针对砂土环境下气力式落地红枣捡拾机扬砂严重、枣土分离困难等问题,本文设计了梳齿式落地红枣捡拾装置。该装置主要由捡拾条刷辊、梳齿、分离升运链等关键工作部件组成,通过分析梳齿和条刷作用下的红枣受力状态,对其关键工作部件进行结构设计,并以红枣拾净率为试验指标,以条刷辊转速、前进速度、梳齿入土深度为因素进行正交试验,结果表明:当条刷辊转速为20 r/min、前进速度为0.4 m/s、梳齿入土深度为20 mm时,捡拾机的拾净率为90.2%,满足设计要求。本文的研究结论为实现红枣的机械化收获提供了技术支撑。
Aiming at the problems of blowing sand and difficult separation of jujube and sand in the sand by pneumatic picker,in this paper a comb type for picking device of ground jujube was designed.The device is mainly composed of picking up brush roller,comb,separate lifting chain.Through analysis the stress state of red jujube under the action of comb and bar brush,carries on the structural design for the key working parts.The orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels was carried out,picking up rate were taken as the indexes and the machine’s strip brush roller rotation speed,forward speed and comb digging depth were the factors.The orthogo-nal test result showed that when the strip brush roller rotation speed was 20 r/min,the forward speed was 0.4 m/s,and the comb teeth digging depth was 20 mm,the picking up rate was 90.2%,meet design requirements.The conclusion of this paper provides technical support for realizing the mechanized harvest of jujube.
