基于“3+2”专本一体化培养的医学检验技术专业实践与研究

Practice and Research of Medical Laboratory Technology Specialty Based on“3+2”Integrated Training

随着我国社会经济的转型,社会对技术技能型人才的需求数量不断扩大、需求质量不断提升,“3+2”高职院校与普通本科院校联合培养技术技能型人才更能满足当前时期的社会需求。文章以襄阳职业技术学院和湖北医药学院试点的医学检验技术专业为例,通过试点五年来的实践,对人才培养目标、课程体系、教学模式等多方面内容进行回顾梳理,也可为其他兄弟院校和相关专业提供一定的借鉴。

With the transformation of China's social economy,the society's demand for technical and skilled talents is expanding and the demand quality is improving.The joint training of technical and skilled tal⁃ents by"3+2"Higher Vocational Colleges and ordinary undergraduate colleges can better meet the social needs of the current period.This article takes the pilot medical laboratory technology major of Xiangyang Polytechnic and Hubei Medical College as an example,through the practice of the pilot for five years,reviews and combs the talent training goals,curriculum system,teaching mode and other aspects,which can also provide some reference for other colleges and related majors.
