大数据视域下政府构建智慧化共享式教育治理模式路径分析

Analysis on the Path of the Government's Construction of Intelli⁃gent and Shared Education Governance Mode from the Perspective of Big Data

“互联网+”时代的智慧治理作为一种新型教育治理模式是实现教育善治的最佳模式。政府利用大数据进行教育智慧治理的变革过程中,面临着顶层设计不完善、基建平台建设迟缓、多元共治协同能力低、托底保障体系不健全等困境。文章以智慧教育为理论基础,提出构建以互联网智能技术为基础的政府主导“四维”链式合作平台,建设有中国特色的教育智慧治理动力机制和实现路径,最终提升教育智慧治理的现实绩效。

The wisdom governance in the era of Internet plus is a new mode of education governance,which is the best mode to achieve good education.In the process of using big data for educational wisdom governance,the government is faced with many difficulties,such as imperfect top-level design,slow construction of infrastruc⁃ture platform,low ability of multi governance and collaboration,and imperfect supporting security system.Based on the theory of intelligent education,this paper proposes to build a government led"four-dimensional"chain co⁃operation platform based on internet intelligent technology,and build a dynamic mechanism and implementation path of educational wisdom governance with Chinese characteristics,so as to ultimately improve the actual perfor⁃mance of educational wisdom governance.
