社会工作者在基层社区服务中的角色与困境分析--以D社区为例

Analysis on the Role and Dilemma of Social Workers in Grassroots Community Service——Take D community as an Example

新时代社会主要矛盾转化过程中社会工作肩负着重要使命,顶层设计对社会工作人才建设的支持力度只增不减。社会工作者在基层社区服务实践中扮演专业服务的提供者、服务活动的组织者、资源链接者、社区关系和社区事务的协调者、突发公共卫生事件宣导者角色。社会工作者作为社会工作服务的实施主体,通过自身专业素养、专业能力与当前社会发展要素相结合不断提高专业服务质量,赢得了服务对象的肯定与认同,但在实践过程中仍存在角色冲突、角色不清、缺乏角色认同等角色困境,通过实践探究发现基层社区实践中社会工作者角色困境及如何使其摆脱角色困境提高服务质量,是当前亟待解决的问题。

Social work shoulders an important mission in the transformation of major social contradictions in the new era.The top-level design's support for the construction of social work talents has to be increased.So⁃cial work talents play the roles of professional service providers,service activity organizers,resource linker,com⁃munity relations and community affairs coordinators,and public health emergencies in the practice of grassroots community service.As the main body of social work services,social workers continuously improve the quality of professional services by combining their professional qualities,professional abilities and current social develop⁃ment factors,and have won the recognition of service objects.However,there are still role conflicts in the prac⁃tice process,lack of role recognition and other role dilemmas,and through practical exploration to discover the role dilemma of social workers in the practice of grassroots communities and how to get rid of the role dilemma and improve service quality are also problems that need to be solved urgently.
