乡村文化振兴:社会工作助力乡村文化建设的路径探究--以Q市S社区为例

Rural Culture Revitalization:Exploration of the Paths for Social Work to Promote Rural Cultural Construction——Take the S Community in Q City as an Example

乡村文化振兴是实施乡村振兴战略的关键性支撑。但就目前而言,我国乡村文化建设仍是乡村振兴中的短板。文章以S社区为调研对象,运用问卷调查法和半结构访谈法开展调研,通过调研数据分析发现,该社区在文化建设方面主要存在社区人才队伍建设亟需加强、“输血式”的资金筹措缺乏可持续性、居民缺乏主体意识、社区老龄化严重等问题。针对该社区存在的问题,文章从社会工作视角出发,运用专业知识和技巧,以实际调研数据为依据,提出了符合该社区文化建设发展的有效策略,助力S社区文化建设良性发展。

The revitalization of rural culture is the key support for the implementation of the rural revitaliza⁃tion strategy.But for now,the construction of rural culture in our country is still insufficient in rural revitalization.This article takes S community as the research object,uses questionnaire survey method and semi-structured in⁃terview method to carry out the research.Through the analysis of survey data,it is found that the community's cultural construction mainly has the urgent need to strengthen the construction of community talents and the lack of"blood transfusion"funding sustainability,lack of awareness among residents,and serious aging communities.Aiming at the problems in the community,this article uses professional knowledge and skills from the perspective of social work,based on actual research data,and puts forward an effective strategy in line with the development of the community's cultural construction and promotes the healthy development of the S community's cultural construction.
