产业融合对森林康养产业发展的影响

Impact of Industrial Integration on the Development of Forest Rehabilitation Industry

以中国森林康养基地、森林康养产业为研究对象,采用文献分析法、统计分析法、归纳分析法分析森林康养产业的发展现状及存在的问题,探索产业融合、产业结构升级对森林康养产业发展的影响。结果表明:近几年,中国森林康养产业发展迅速,森林康养基地发展模式呈现多样化的趋势;但是,存在发展层次低、森林康养产品体系设计不足、基础设施建设不完善、专业化的森林康养人才匮乏等问题。需要遵循“以森林资源禀赋为基础、以森林康养产品体系构建为核心、以配套支持为保障”的发展理念,设计依托产业融合、产业结构升级的森林康养产业发展路径;尤其需要以构建森林康养产品体系为核心,着重实现森林康养与教育培训业、健康休闲业与养老业的融合发展,通过政府及金融机构的政策支持、康养基地基础设施的完善、森林康养课程及活动的合理设置、专业康养人才的培养等保障措施促进森林康养产业持续健康发展。

Taking the forest rehabilitation bases and forest rehabilitation industry in China as the research object,we adopted literature analysis,descriptive statistical analysis and inductive analysis to analyze the development status and existing problems of forest rehabilitation industry and explore the development path of forest rehabilitation industry with the perspective of industrial integration.The results show that China’s forest rehabilitation industry develops rapidly and the development modes of forest rehabilitation bases are diversified in recent years.But there are some issues such as low-level development,insufficient design of forest rehabilitation product system,imperfect infrastructure construction and professional forest rehabilitation talents are not sufficient and other issues.Under the background of“healthy China”strategy,the development of forest rehabilitation industry should conform to the rules of“Based on resource endowment,with the construction of rehabilitation product system as the core,with supporting support as the guarantee”.The development path of forest rehabilitation industry based on industry integration should be designed,especially with the construction of forest rehabilitation product system as the core,focusing on the integrated development of forest rehabilitation and education and training industry,health and leisure industry and pension industry,which can be realized through the policy support of the government and financial institutions,the improvement of forest rehabilitation bases infrastructure,the setting of reasonable forest rehabilitation courses and activities,and the cultivation of professional health care talents to promote the further development of forest rehabilitation industry.
