摘要
利用聚乙二醇联合热处理改性橡胶木,选用分子质量800、1000、1500、2000、4000质量分数为20%的聚乙二醇溶液,在真空度为0.09 MPa,浸渍橡胶木2 h,热处理温度200℃,保温时间2 h。对未处理材、热处理材、不同分子质量的聚乙二醇-热处理材的力学性能、尺寸稳定性、涂饰性能、结晶度和官能团等进行对比分析。结果表明:木材经过200℃热处理后,木材的抗弯强度下降了43.71%,木材干缩率和湿胀率下降显著。与热处理材相比,不同分子质量的聚乙二醇-热处理材的抗弯强度提高了10.59%~23.16%,木材颜色随聚乙二醇分子质量的增大而变深,尺寸稳定性有了进一步提高。此外,经过聚乙二醇预处理后,在热处理材表面的丙烯酸树脂的水性、油性涂料干燥速率加快,与热处理材相比,漆膜附着率提高。
The polyethylene glycol was used to heat-treat the modified rubber wood.A polyethylene glycol solution with a molecular weight(800,1000,1500,2000,and 4000)of 20%was selected,and the rubber wood was impregnated at a vacuum of 0.09 MPa for 2 h.The heat treatment temperature is 200℃,and the holding time is 2 h.The mechanical properties,dimensional stability,coating properties,crystallnity and functional groups of untreated materials,heat-treated materials,and polyethylene glycol/heat-treated materials of different molecular weights were compared and analyzed.After the wood was heat-treated at 200℃,the flexural performance of the wood decreased by 43.71%,and the wood shrinkage and swelling rate decreased significantly.Compared with heat-treated materials,the flexural strength of polyethylene glycol/heat-treated materials of different molecular weights was increased by 10.59%-23.16%.The color of wood darkens with the increase of the molecular weight of polyethylene glycol,and the dimensional stability was further improved.In addition,after pretreatment with polyethylene glycol,the drying rate of the acrylic resin water-based oily paint on the surface of the heat-treated material was accelerated,and the paint film adhesion rate was improved.
