摘要
企业的运作具有很强的流程性和操作性,具有工程背景,因此运营管理课程教学必须从企业整体出发,围绕企业的实际运营流程来讲述企业创造价值的理论和方法。基于CDIO理念的运营管理课程线上线下混合式教学模式,融翻转课堂教学法和体验式教学法于一体,能够激发学生学习兴趣,让学生在“干中学”,是运营管理课程教学可行的改革方向。文章基于CDIO理念对运营管理课程混合式教学进行实践探索,以学生发展为中心,将专业教育和创新创业教育相融合,设计引导学生积极思考,锻炼和提升学生的综合管理能力,打造具有“两性一度”的运营管理课程线上线下混合式“金课”。
The operation of the enterprise has a strong process and operability,and has an engineering background.Therefore,the teaching of Operation Management must start from the enterprise as a whole and focus on teaching the theory and method of enterprise value creation around the actual operations process of the enterprise.The O2O teaching model of Operation Management based on the concept of CDIO integrates flipped classrooms and experiential teaching methods,which can stimulate students'interest in learning and let students learn by doing.This is a feasible reform direction for the teaching of Operation Management.Based on the concept of CDIO and student-centered development,this paper explores the practice of the mixed teaching of Operation Management with integrated of innovative and entrepreneurial education and professional education,and designs a teaching model that guides students to think actively,exercises and enhances the students'comprehensive management ability,and creates an online and offline hybrid model of Operation Management Gold lesson.
