传统油气专业新工科人才培养模式的改革创新

文章聚焦传统石油与天然气专业升级改造问题,提出新工科背景下人才培养模式的改革途径:从行业企业和社会需求侧出发,完成人才培养战略定位论证及专业结构优化调整论证;促进学院、学科、专业交叉协同,建设符合行业新业态油气专业+的专业新方向;提高行业企业培养应用型技术人才的参与程度,形成校企教育教学深度融合的长效机制;利用国家重点学科及高层次科研教学平台优势,打造体现科教融合的多层次创新创业平台集群,健全完善的新工科建设保障机制,有效提升学生国际视野、实践、创新创业等素质能力的培养水平。

The paper focuses on the upgrading and transformation of traditional oil and gas majors,and the reform ways of talent training mode under the backgroundof new engineering course are put forward:from the demand side of industry,enterprise and society,the demonstration of talents cultivation strategic orientation and the optimized adjustment of professional structure need to be completed;the cross collaboration of colleges,disciplines and majors should be promoted,and a new professional direction in line with the new industry format of oil and gas major plus should be built;the participation degree of industry enterprises in cultivating applied technical talents need to be improved,and a long-term mechanism of deep integration of school enterprise education and teaching need to form;the advantages of national key disciplines and high-level scientific research and teaching platform should be used to build a multi-level innovation and entrepreneurship platform cluster reflecting the integration of science and education,and the guarantee mechanism of new engineering construction should be improved to effectively improve students'international vision,practice,innovation and entrepreneurship.
