运用组合赋值法对配送中心选址问题的研究--以甘肃省党岘乡为例

Research on Distribution Center Location Problem by Means of Combination Weight Assignment:Taking Dangxian Township in Gansu Province as Example

针对党岘乡的实际情况,得出影响当地物流中心建设的因素主要有:客户满意度、客户的分布、占地面积和成本因素,根据对该地区进行的实际调查情况,对其每个指标进行综合评价,并将评价结果取平均值作为评价指标的来源,接着运用由层次分析法确定的影响因素的主观权重与CRITIC法确定的影响因素的客观权重进行组合赋权,并将由组合赋权法得到的最终权重与各个快递点的权重进行组合得到最终每个快递点在总目标中的权重,由此得到的最终方案是对百世、申通快递点进行资源整合。

In this paper,according to the actual situation in Dangxian Township,we isolated the main factors affecting the construction of the local logistics center as:customer satisfaction,customer distribution,floor space and cost factors.According to the actual survey conducted over the region,we comprehensively assessed each of the indicators,and averaged the results obtained as the evaluation indicators used in this paper,then used the subjective weight of the influencing factors determined by the analytic hierarchy process and the objective weight of the same factors determined by the CRITIC method for combination weighting,and next combined the final weight obtained by the combination weighting method with the weight of each express point to obtain the final weights in the overall objective,according to which we proceeded to integrate the resources of the BEST express points and STO express points.
