Research on Supplier Full Life Cycle Quality Management System of Food Enterprises

为建立食品企业供应商全生命周期质量管理体系,通过准入、使用、改善及优化形成闭环式管理,将物料和供应商两条线生命周期管理进行有效结合,创立“一个系统的体系”贯穿所有“过程”的管理方法,从而通过科学标准化的管理,可以保障企业及供应商长期稳定的合作与发展。

In this paper,we established the full life cycle quality management system for the suppliers of food enterprises.Through admitting,using,improving and optimizing a closed-loop management system,we effectively combined the full life cycle management of the materials and the suppliers,and developed a new management system that"penetrates"all the links in the entire process,which could help form long-term and stable cooperation and development relationship between the food enterprises and their suppliers.
